1. What this site is

China Partition Factory (“the site”) is an independent informational directory of manufacturers. It is not a marketplace, agency, broker, escrow service or payment intermediary. We do not buy, sell, hold or ship goods, and we do not take commission on transactions between buyers and manufacturers.

2. No affiliation

The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Alibaba Group, Made-in-China.com, Global Sources, or any other B2B platform. It is also not affiliated with any manufacturer listed on it. Company names, trademarks and logos referenced belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

3. Information accuracy — important limitations

Company information on this site is compiled from publicly available sources. We record the source of each factual field and display “Not publicly disclosed” where no public source exists. Nevertheless:

• We do not warrant that any information is accurate, current or complete.
• Public sources may themselves be inaccurate, out of date, or exaggerated by the company concerned.
• Factory Score measures the availability of publicly verifiable information. It is not a quality rating, a credit rating, a compliance certification, or a recommendation.
• A listing on this site is not an endorsement of any company's products, services, pricing, financial standing, or business practices.

4. Your responsibility to verify

You are solely responsible for your own due diligence before entering any commercial agreement. This includes independently verifying supplier identity, manufacturing capability, product specifications, certifications and test reports, pricing, payment terms and delivery arrangements. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as a substitute for professional or legal advice.

5. Sponsored placements

Paid placements exist and are labelled “Sponsored”. Sponsorship does not affect Factory Score or organic ranking position. Sponsored entries are visually separated from organic results.

6. Submitted content

When you submit a project enquiry, claim or error report, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. You must not submit false claims of company representation, spam, or unlawful content. We may disregard or delete submissions at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The site's own structure, editorial text, scoring methodology and design are protected. You may not systematically extract, scrape or republish the database without written permission. Quoting short excerpts with attribution and a link is permitted.

8. Third-party links

The site links to external websites, including manufacturers' own sites and B2B platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of those sites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage — including loss of profit, loss of business, or consequential loss — arising from use of the site, reliance on information published on it, or dealings with any company found through it.

10. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.
