Request the track profile, the alloy and temper, and the carriage rated load. Ask how the track is fixed to the structure and what happens at a corner or a curve.
Stacking and park bay
Ask for the stacking depth in millimetres and where the panels will park. Confirm the park bay is included, because it changes usable floor area and the price of the fit-out.
Acoustic rating of the assembly
Request the test report for the exact assembly quoted — frame, seals and panel thickness together. Ratings do not transfer between different build-ups.
Finish and edge detail
Ask what the panel core is, how the edges are finished, and what happens if the panel is damaged in service. Replaceable panels cost less over the life of the system.
Installation scope
Establish whether installation, commissioning and operator training are in the offer, and who supervises the first operation. A system that is delivered but not commissioned is not finished.
