No. Claiming does not change your Factory Score or your organic position, and it cannot be used to remove negative-but-accurate information. What it does is let you correct factual errors and submit documentation, which our editors review.

Is claiming free?

Yes. Claiming a profile and correcting your data is free. There is a separate optional paid membership that adds extra profile fields and lead notifications; that is clearly labelled as Sponsored and has no effect on organic ranking.

How do you verify that I represent the company?

We ask for a business email address on the company domain, and we may ask for additional proof such as a company registration document or a verifiable role listing. Only verified claims are approved.

What if my company is not listed yet?

Accepted Answer

Use the same form and tell us in the message field. We will research your company and add it if we find sufficient public information. You cannot pay to be listed.

Can I ask you to delete my company from the directory?

Accepted Answer

If the information we publish is inaccurate or your company does not operate in this category, tell us and we will review it. We compile information from public sources, so if your website no longer publishes the data, the underlying source no longer supports the listing.
